Nick Malfara | CEO

Nick has over 30 years of construction management, sales, executive and business management experience in the construction and real estate development field and has worked for both local and large multinational construction corporations. Nick oversees all sales, administrative and finance operations and works closely in tandem with our project managers, coordinators, and estimators, to ensure that all commitments to our valued clients are met both on time and budget.

Melanie Sousa | Manager of Business Administration

Melanie is responsible for assisting the CEO in day-to-day activities. Melanie liaises with all departments in our business to help execute our corporate goals and assist us in meeting our obligations to our clients. Melanie is an integral part of management, social media presence and working with our manager of marketing and communications. She is also responsible for general and project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, governmental compliance, accounts receivable and correspondence records for all active and completed projects.

Diane Malfara | HR & Communications Manager

Diane is responsible for oversight and compliance related to human resources, health & safety compliance, training, and corporate communications. Diane manages company and community engagements , client appreciation, and team building events, annual reports and quarterly updates.
