Nick has over 25 years of construction management, sales, executive and business management experience in the construction and real estate development field and has worked for both local and large multinational construction corporations. Nick oversees all sales, administrative and finance operations and works closely in tandem with our project managers, coordinators, and estimators, to ensure that all commitments to our valued clients are met both on time and budget.
Kyle began his career as a carpenter over 17 years ago. He honed his skills working under the guidance of a Master Carpenter in Trim and Finish Carpentry. Kyle spent a number of years working for a large-scale commercial General Contractor as a Site Supervisor, where he developed his skill-set to manage large-scale and technically complex public ground up construction. Kyle has been with DSBG for many years in progressively complex projects as a Site Supervisor managing projects from $500k to $4M in a myriad of architectural styles. Kyle’s technical knowledge and construction experience has led him to become our Operations Manager where he lends his expertise and oversight to all Site Supervisors and field staff.
Bulent brings to our team a diverse background in project management. Starting out in Turkey, he became a licensed Architect responsible for managing large commercial projects responsible for leading large teams of consultants, engineers and trades. He, his wife and children then decided to migrate to Canada 2 years ago. He continues to further his education and knowledge with ongoing courses for Canadian building science and codes. He has worked as a Project Manager for large scale ground-up commercial projects and interior fit-outs. Bulent is highly process-driven, maintaining schedules and budgets while focused on ensuring that quality remains at its highest level. He has proven to be a valued addition to our team.
Stephanie supports all areas of estimating, tendering, contract awards, project document management and project/budget accounting integration. She assists with coordinating contract administration, procurement and invoicing functions for awarded projects, assisting with data and project analysis, performing quantity surveys from construction drawings, supporting project Site Supervisors. Stephanie supports the Project Managers and plays a vital role in ensuring all required construction documentation is tracked and approved in order to adhere to the project’s budgets & schedules.
Melanie is responsible for assisting the President in day-to-day activities. Melanie liaises with all departments in our business to help execute our corporate goals and assist us in meeting our obligations to our clients. Melanie is an integral part of management, social media presence and working with our manager of marketing and communications. She is also responsible for general and project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, governmental compliance, accounts receivable and correspondence records for all active and completed projects.
Diane is responsible for oversight and compliance related to human resources, health & safety compliance, training, and corporate communications. Diane manages company and community engagements , client appreciation, and team building events, annual reports and quarterly updates.
