We work closely and collaboratively with our clients, including their architects and designers, to complete an exhaustive review of every element of the project. This includes establishing critical path schedules and project control budgets. DSBG will review the site in order to complete a thorough assessment to identify any potential engineering and logistical challenges.
During this phase, our project team will undertake value engineering and cost control analysis to ensure redundancies are eliminated and efficiencies are identified. We will also initiate the scheduling process to ensure that all long-lead items are ordered and that the logistical plans are in place to ensure a smooth transition to the construction phase.
We offer contracts in various formats depending upon the needs of the project, the client and the consultants.
Our tried, tested and proven process ensures a seamless initiation of the building phase. Our team will now execute the plans and schedules developed as part of the pre-construction phase.
At this point, our project management team will engage the various stakeholders, craftsmen and subcontractors to initiate the construction process. We believe strongly in collaboration and effective communication. Our team will ensure that all relevant parties are informed and has in-depth knowledge of the drawings, specifications and schedule ensure effective project execution.
Our project managers will engage in regular meetings and communication with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and the client. DSBG’s site management will oversee all work along with inspections and testing.
DSBG is unique amongst its peers in its commitment to post construction care. We recognize that the building process does not end with the completion of construction.
Our team remains involved, working closely with the client to ensure full satisfaction until they are fully integrated with their new home. We manage all post-construction deficiency reports and work with our subcontractors to address any and all issues identified by the client.
